The information on this website and the documentation provided with scc and scc-srv should be sufficient to install the software and get you going to use both scc and scc-srv. However, you might find it easier to have a quick start by using our implementation service. One of our consultants will visit you during one day and he may perform the following tasks:
When there is no system available that meets the requirements of scc-srv (Unix/Linux/*BSD system and Apache web server), we can install and configure such a system and the web server. Contact us to obtain an offer to implement a Unix/Linux/*BSD system or a web server.
When you need new modules to collect configuration data of specific hardware or software you are using, we can support you by implementing new features and additional modules in scc. Contact us concerning the conditions of the development of additional software.
We still have plenty of new options for the development of scc and scc-srv left. You can support us, by sponsoring our development efforts. Contact us when you want to sponsor the development of scc and scc-srv.
We offer support contracts for SCC. Elements of these contracts are: number of (operating) systems (and versions), required response time, required amount of support for the administrators and the amount of products that specifically should to be tested during their implementation and upgrade.
The project is registered at Sourceforge where forums and trackers are available.
